STOCKTON – Florsheim Homes has hired Joseph Anfuso, CPA as its new president/CEO.
Anfuso arrives from San Diego, where he held the position of chief financial officer for Shea Homes San Diego. Responsible for all financial operations and strategic planning, Anfuso led a financial division with revenues in excess of $425 million for Shea, San Diego’s largest privately held home builder.
Prior to Shea Homes, Anfuso worked in the same capacity for San Diego-based Pat & Oscar’s restaurants, where he oversaw the transition of ownership to Worldwide Restaurant Concepts, a publicly held company traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
At Florsheim Homes, Anfuso takes the reins of one of the Valley’s most established home builders, which is currently building new homes in Manteca, Ceres and Turlock.
In addition to a CPA, Anfuso holds BBA and MBA degrees from the University of San Diego. He is also a licensed California real estate broker.
