Creative Touch Interiors will help inspire your creativity to design the home of your dreams. Once you purchase a new Florsheim home, a personal Design Studio consultant will contact you to set up a private, one-on-one appointment for you to select specific design options that suit your style. They'll walk you through hundreds of options including appliances, cabinets, kitchen sinks and faucets, bathroom accessories, interior lighting, and alarm systems. In addition, they'll provide guidance in selecting your flooring, countertops, and window coverings to help you put the finishing touches on your new home.

Preparing for Your Appointment

  • Since you will be selecting from a wide assortment of design offerings for your new home, your appointment will take from 1.5 to 3 hours and we suggest that you dress comfortably.
  • We're sure you have some ideas, so please bring pictures or magazine clippings of things you are particularly interested in, fabric swatches, or even throw pillows you may want to coordinate into your home.
  • Since you will be making valuable decisions that will impact your new home, we suggest that you make arrangements for the care of your children to ensure an uninterrupted appointment.
  • Should you decide to upgrade your selections, a 20% deposit is required at the end of your appointment if you use a preferred lender. A 50% deposit is required if you use an outside lender.
  • Be prepared to make final decisions. We are committed to an organized schedule and wish to ensure that your new home is completed on time. A $150 revision fee will apply to all reselections.
  • Most importantly, have fun! We have found that our buyers find their visit to our Design Studio to be one of their favorite parts of the home buying process.
